PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with RSA 676:4, the Wilton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 immediately following the Public Hearings at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (Court Room) at 42 Main Street, Wilton, NH to consider the following:

If the aforementioned applications are accepted, notice is hereby extended to application approval consideration and/or continuation(s) to a date certain, as required.  A copy of the application submissions for the aforementioned cases are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, Wilton Town Hall, 42 Main Street, during regular business hours.

PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE

Wednesday, January 8, 2014

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with NH RSA 675:7, the Wilton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (Court Room) to consider the following changes to the Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Wilton.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->-          <!--[endif]-->Section E: Code for Building and Sanitation – to align the current Ordinance with New Hampshire Building Code requirements.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->-          <!--[endif]-->Section 6.0, 7.0, and 10.4- to correct typographical errors.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->-          <!--[endif]-->Section 16.0- to align the Ordinance with current Sign Application procedures.

 

A full copy of the proposed is available for public inspection at the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall during normal business hours.
