NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Wednesday, April 15, 2009
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with RSA 676:4, the Wilton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (Court Room) at 42 Main Street, Wilton, NH to consider the following:
1. PB09-002-LLC: James Wier and Sheryl Gregory- A caveat lot consolidation application submitted by James Wier and Sheryl Gregory to consolidate Tax Map D Lot 048 and Tax Map D Lot 049.
2. PB09-003-SA: Jeff Meehan – A sign application submitted by Jeff Meehan to affix a 5' x 5' metal sign at 125 Main Street.
3. Excavation Permit – An excavation renewal permit submitted by Leighton White for Tax Map E, Lot 017.
If the aforementioned applications are accepted, notice is hereby extended to application approval consideration and/or continuation(s) to a date certain, as required. A copy of the application submissions for the aforementioned cases are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, Wilton Town Hall, 42 Main Street, during regular business hours.
