Dear Heather,
 
On July 26th I received a revised set of drawings via regular mail for the above referenced subdivision as prepared by Keach-Nordstrom Associates, Incorporated.  Plans included 25 sheets dated October 19, 2007, revised through 7/14/08.  I also received a copy of a July 24, 2008 letter to the Town of Wilton from Jeffrey Merritt, P.E. that was, in part, a response to my letter of July 6, 2008.
 
            At this time all of the engineering items in my previous letters have been satisfactorily addressed.  The Town should still obtain comments from the Fire Chief on the cisterns.
