NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with RSA 676:4, the Wilton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (Court Room) at 42 Main Street, Wilton, NH to consider the following:

1.       PB09-011-SPR – An application by Devine Flooring for a change of use to a flooring retailer at Tax Map F Lot 35,

2.       PB09-012-SPR – An application by Len Pagano, AIA, for construction of a garage which will disturb a 15% slope or greater on Tax Map D Lot 12 at 123 Sand Hill Road.

3.        PB09-013-SA – An application by Virginia Davis, owner of Hometown Café, for a sign at 10 Main Street Unit #18.

4.       PB09-014-SA – An application by Lisa Loring, owner of Zoanti Yoga and Mediation Studio, for a 5.28SF wood and metal projecting sign at 51 Main Street.

If the aforementioned applications are accepted, notice is hereby extended to application approval consideration and/or continuation(s) to a date certain, as required.  A copy of the application submissions for the aforementioned cases are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, Wilton Town Hall, 42 Main Street, during regular business hours.
