NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with RSA 676:4, the Wilton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (Court Room) at 42 Main Street, Wilton, NH to consider the following:

1.      PB10- 001-SPR – Kim and Marcia Benson – An application to allow a barbershop to be run as a home occupation at Lot F-140, at 160 Intervale Road. This applicant was granted a Special Exception from the ZBA on November 10, 2009, Case # 11/10/09-1.

2.      PB10-002-SA – Kim Benson – An application by the owner of Teddy’s Barbershop to place a 2' by 4' sign on Lot F-140, 160 Intervale Road.

If the aforementioned applications are accepted, notice is hereby extended to application approval consideration and/or continuation(s) to a date certain, as required.  A copy of the application submissions for the aforementioned cases are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, Wilton Town Hall, 42 Main Street, during regular business hours.
