PLANNING BOARD MEETING

DRAFT MINUTES

TIME:            7:30 P.M.

PLACE:         Wilton Town Hall Courtroom

PRESENT:    Wilton Planning Board Members: Chairman Jeff Kandt, Alec MacMartin, Neil Faiman, Walter Zuber, John Shepardson, Alternate Dawn Tuomala, Board of Selectmen Representative Steve McDonough, NRPC representative Steve Wagner and Clerk Heather Loewy Nichols.

The agenda was amended as follows:

Chairman Kandt opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m.

1.       Other Business

-          NRPC Presentation

Chairman Kandt noted that the Nashua Regional Planning Commission has asked to speak to the Board about the Souhegan River Watershed Management Plan. The Board agreed to invite the representative to the October 20, 2010 meeting.

-          Impact Fee Contract

Chairman Kandt noted that he signed the Impact Fee contract per the Board and work has begun.

-          Stormwater Protection Regulation

The Board reviewed in detail the proposed Stormwater Protection Regulations. Mr. MacMartin and Ms. Tuomala agreed to meet and discuss the proposed regulations.

2.       Adjournment

A MOTION was made by Mr. Mac Martin and SECONDED by Mr. Faiman to adjourn the meeting.

Voting: 7 ayes; motion carried unanimously.

Chairman Kandt declared the meeting adjourned.
