NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with RSA 676:4, the Wilton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (Court Room) at 42 Main Street, Wilton, NH to consider the following:

1.       PB08-019-SD: A Subdivision Application by Carlo and Anne Simoni to divide Tax Map H Lot 56, on Badger Farm Road and Issac Frye Highway, into 6 lots.  

2.       PB08-020-SA: A Sign Application by Center for Anthroposophy to affix a painted wood sign on the building at 43 Main Street.

If the aforementioned applications are accepted, notice is hereby extended to application approval consideration and/or continuation(s) to a date certain, as required.  A copy of the application submissions for the aforementioned cases are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, Wilton Town Hall, 42 Main Street, during regular business hours.
