In accordance with RSA 676:3, Issuance of Decision, this document and any attachments serves as written notice in the matter described herein, where the Town of Wilton, NH Planning Board (Board), at a public hearing noticed in accordance with RSA 676:4, Boards Procedures on Plats, has, after consideration of the information before them, voted in the affirmative on a motion to  Conditionally Approve / Deny the application before the Board to:

 

Create a thirteen lot subdivision from one lot in Wilton and one lot in Lyndeborough with all buildings and septics to be within the Wilton bounds.

 

 The application was approved with the following condition(s) to be completed for final approval:

 

 

Per Wilton:

  • Receipt of recording fees for the docs and plans,

 

NOTE: A condition of approval is that active and substantial development is defined as Provost or Chenery Road being constructed to subgrade with the installation of the corresponding cistern, and amount and form of bond or surety provided for the roads and cistern as acceptable to the town of Wilton after a preconstruction meeting occurs per Note 20 and Pursuant to RSA 674:39, IV, the period in which “active and substantial development or building” must begin is extended to thirty-six (36) months after the date hereof, the Board having found that conditions prevailing in the real estate market constitutes “good cause.”
