EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The applicant(s) have submitted an application for acceptance and approval for a proposed subdivision of lot B-31-3 into 3 single family lots (2 additional). B-31-3 has an existing dwelling unit. The existing lot is 12.02 acres with 514.74’ of frontage. The parcel lies within the Res-Ag district and Wetlands overlay district. A single Alternative (reduced frontage) lot is proposed with 2 conventional lots. ZBA (Case 5/13/08-2) The Site Walk for the wetlands special exception was granted. The wetlands permit was granted June 25, 2008 (Note 13). NHDES subdivision permit is pending. The View Preservation Area is designated on the plan.
