EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The applicant(s) have submitted an application for acceptance and approval for a proposed repair facility and office consisting of a 5,700 ft² building (small office, workshop for welding and service repairs), and located on lot F-161 with access taken from NH 31 south.

 

The parcel frontage does not meet current zoning for frontage (77 linear feet), but is an existing lot of record and is not being made less conforming. 

 

LaBombard Engineering’s comments dated June 20, 2009 review plan revision 090428.  The issues have been addressed.

 

NRPC has no issues at this time except action on waiver, acceptance and action on approval..
