EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The applicant(s) have submitted an application for acceptance and approval for a proposed addition of an antenna array and equipment shelter within the existing AT&T compound.  The applicant has provided sufficient information for the Board’s consideration.  See application packet.

The Board should make two determinations prior to approval. 1) The notification under RSA 12-K is not necessary since the tower already exists and the proposed collocated antenna will not impact surrounding communities.  2) This project does not meet the requirements to be considered a development of regional impact.

Authorizations received.  Structural report – will accommodate collocation
