EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The applicant(s) have submitted an application for acceptance and approval for a proposed subdivision of lot C-101 into 10 single family lots. C-101 is 33.329 acres with 1,706.18 feet of frontage on A cistern is proposed in the area of North C-101-3 to meet Fire Dept. concerns and alternative lots will have buried utilities. The Board determined the Alternative Lots under ZN 6.3 was the preferred configuration vs. a new road being built. Chief Ray Dick is requiring the cistern to be 30,000 gallons and it must be installed and approved (operational) before the fourth Certificate of occupancy is issued for the development. Applicant intends to build four standard frontage lots first. |
