EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The applicant(s) have submitted an application for acceptance and approval for a proposed subdivision of lot C-101 into 10 single family lots.  C-101 is 33.329 acres with 1,706.18 feet of frontage on Goldsmith Road.  State Subdivision approval has been granted.  An amendment to the plan may require re-submission to the State.  Two draft access Easements for common drives have been submitted. 

 

My review is based on January 20 minutes and LaBombard Engineering letters dated 2/7/10 and 2/12/10.  Dennis states all his issues have been satisfactorily addressed.  The common drives now have the proper slope away from Goldsmith Rd.  Roof drain infiltration systems are now required on all houses.

 

The Board should have Meridian’s representative (Randy/Chad) review all plan changes made since the January meeting.  See the Issues listed on the following page.
