EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The applicant(s) have submitted an application for acceptance and approval for a proposed coffee shop and baked goods shop located on Tax Map lot J-63, located in the Commercial District.  See the Plan notes, Floor Plan, and Parking Plan included in the submission.

 

I met with Virginia on November 5 and found the application to be completed.  She has authorization from the owner (Joan P. Lemire) to represent the property.  At this time there is no sign permit being requested.  A window sign is being used at this time.  The Water/Sewer Dept and Fire Dept had no issues.  Trash will be stored off-site in a dumpster (See signed permission), and handled by a commercial hauler (Allied Waste Services).
