EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The applicant(s) have submitted an application for acceptance and approval for a proposed erosion control plan for a proposed 4 bedroom house as required under Plans have been submitted with the revision date o f3/30/10 after a preliminary review by NRPC. A follow-up review of changes and additional information provided has been completed. The use of a bioretention rain garden is incorporated into the plan and is an innovative way to manage stormwater drainage. The plan is being considered for its erosion control plan.
