EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The applicant(s) have submitted an application for acceptance and approval for a proposed erosion control plan for a proposed 4 bedroom house as required under Wilton zoning section 14.0, Watershed District and Appendix II, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan Standards.

 

Plans have been submitted with the revision date o f3/30/10 after a preliminary review by NRPC.  A follow-up review of changes and additional information provided has been completed.  The use of a bioretention rain garden  is  incorporated into the plan and is an innovative way to manage stormwater drainage.

 

The plan is being considered for its erosion control plan.

 

NRPC only reviewed the plans and not the full application and worked with Tim Ferwerda from Meridian to provide the applicant a current application form and fee schedule.
