TIME:            9:00 AM.

PLACE:         Lot C-101 90 Goldsmith Road

PRESENT:    Wilton Planning Board Members: Chairman Jeff Kandt, Neil Faiman, Walter Zuber Dawn Tuomala, Board of Selectman Representative Bill Condra (arrived at 9:30) and Clerk Heather Loewy Nichols.

 

Mr. Haight and two abutters joined the Board for a site walk of Lot C-101, a proposed ten lot subdivision with six driveways, two of which are common drives serving three lots each, and two reduced frontage lots. The lots, driveways, and wetlands were all marked at the time of the visit. The Board walked the Goldsmith Road boundary and Mr. Haight pointed out the lot lines and proposed driveways. The group discussed possible drainage issues and line of site issues. The group then walked back to the slope edge and observed possible building locations for the back lots. The group discussed possible slope disturbances as the slope is significantly steep.
