Minutes for this Meeting:

 

1.      Impact Fees

The Board reviewed the contract for the impact fee consultant. The Board requested that the contract be reviewed by the Town Counsel. The Board also requested that the contract noted that the Board owns any of the data collected.

 

2.      CIP Adoption

The Board reviewed the CIP and asked that it be put on the next agenda for adoption.  

 

3.      Stormwater Regulations

The Board reviewed proposed stormwater regulations as proposed by Ms. Tuomala. The Board decided to further review the proposal during a work session.

 

4.      Proposed Building Code Changes

The Board reviewed proposed changes to the to the Building Code ordinance and agreed to hold a public hearing on the changes at the May 19th meeting.

 

5.      Future Agenda Items (Regulation/Ordinance changes)

The board reviewed a list of future work session topics.

 

6.      Adjournment

A MOTION was made by Mr. Zuber and SECONDED by Mr. MacMartin to adjourn the meeting.

Voting: 7 ayes; motion carried unanimously.

 

Chairman Kandt declared the meeting adjourned.
