The Digital Data Review for SD and SP needs to be adopted.  It is already on the Fee Schedule, but it’s voluntary and we can’t charge the fee.  It comes from Litchfield drafted by a GIS professional.  Tweak it if needed for Wilton Click HERE for PDF 1, Click HERE for PDF 2

The Department Project Review was adapted from Litchfield.  Don’t know if it is being used, but approving it or something similar is recommended. Click HERE for PDF

The Lighting ordinance has a minor change incorporating the new RSA 9-D (requiring shielded and energy efficient lighting on public roads)  I have a full Regulation from 2004 based on Dark Skies that should supplement your ordinance.  It wouldn’t take much tweaking. but I didn’t include it at this time. The Subdivision and Site Plan regulations need some changes.  My changes back in 2006 are old.  I can’t even find the electronic version.  I suggest just starting fresh with the current SP and SD regulations and go through them.

I still need to look at a new application, but attached are SP and SD applications that at least are current; referencing the Fee Schedule.  We could work on a new application after the first of the year with minor site plan incorporated. Click HERE for PDF
