EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The applicant(s) have submitted an application for acceptance and approval for a proposed 6 lot subdivision with 2 reduced frontage and 3 regular lots off of a single private way (Variance granted). Lot H-56-6 needs driveway moved or waiver granted. . .Revisions from April meeting and response to LaBombard Engineering review of May 15, 2009 included.
