EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The applicant(s) have submitted an application for acceptance and approval for a proposed 6 lot subdivision with 2 reduced frontage and 3 regular lots  off of a single private way (Variance granted).  Lot H-56-6 needs driveway moved or waiver granted.  .  Lot sizes - (See below).  There is 1,125 feet of frontage on Badger Farm Road and 722 feet on Isaac Frye Road.

.Revisions from April meeting and response to LaBombard Engineering review of May 15, 2009 included.  Additional comments from Dennis LaBombard were just received on 6/16/09 and Sanford Surveying needs time to respond. 

June 1, 2009 response letter accompanying this revised plan lists response from Henry Kunhardt, PE.  Also see issues.  Same issues pending.
